Your plan and your usage are separate.
Your Acumen subscription covers your plan and included team seats. Your usage wallet covers optional services you turn on, such as a business phone number, calling, texting, email, or other metered tools. We show you the applicable charges before you activate a service and require advance wallet funding.
Automatic wallet recharge is off unless you choose to turn it on.
Phone numbers can have monthly rental charges even when unused, and calls, messages, registration, or carrier charges may apply. Some usage charges may post after the activity occurred. If funds run out, affected paid services may pause.
